Returns & Refunds Policy (Worldwide) — Dating Revolution

Your statutory rights remain unaffected. We comply with mandatory consumer laws in your country (e.g., the Australian Consumer Law and, where applicable, the EU Consumer Rights Directive).

1) Change-of-Mind Returns — 30 Days

You may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the conditions below:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all inserts.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Return shipping for change-of-mind is paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked service.

To start a return, email managerdatingrevolution@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns must be pre-approved (RMA) before you ship.

Items sent back without prior approval (RMA) may be refused.

2) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us promptly if it is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
Once confirmed, we will provide an appropriate remedy consistent with applicable law (e.g., replacement or refund) and, where a return is required, a prepaid return label.

3) Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different size/color is to place a new order and return the original item under this policy. For confirmed defects, we can process a direct replacement at no extra cost.

4) Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns of used/worn items, gift cards, items marked Final Sale, or items damaged through misuse. (If a local law grants additional rights, those rights prevail.)

5) International Orders

We ship worldwide. For change-of-mind returns, duties/taxes and return postage are the customer’s responsibility. For confirmed defects, we cover reasonable return shipping if a return is required.

6) EU Cooling-Off (Consumers in the EU)

If your order ships to the EU, you may cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be unused in original packaging; standard return postage applies for change-of-mind. Defective items are handled at our cost.

7) Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.

8) Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Parcels

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Undeliverable or refused parcels returned to us may be refunded minus original shipping and return costs (where applicable) once received in original condition.
